System maintenance will be performed on the Cloud Access Manager service at 7:00-8:00 PM PST (3:00-4:00 AM UTC) on 27-Mar-2020. The maintenance is to improve our ability to consistently and reliably update the service going forward. Prior to the maintenance window a replica of the service will be created and tested with the new changes in place. After it has successfully passed testing, DNS records will be updated during the maintenance window to point to the new replica. Interruption during this update is expected to be brief; existing desktop sessions will be unaffected. The service will be monitored afterwards and the previous version of the service kept for 5 days in case there is any need to switch back.
