Attention users of AWM Service (Formerly CASM Service)
We will be performing a DNS migration for the AWM Service. During this time there may be brief interruptions as updated records propagate. You may temporarily be unable to connect to Admin Portal or API services hosted at cas.teradici.com.
Before maintenance takes place, please make sure you make appropriate teams aware of possible connectivity issues. Our IT team will advise when the maintenance is complete and services have been restored.
This maintenance is necessary for DNS provider migration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
